To the extent allowed by law, Seller specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for goods. Buyer shall hold Seller harmless from any liability for injuries or damages to persons or property, including, but not limited to, incidental, special, or consequential damages, associated in any way to the goods purchased.  Buyer expressly acknowledges Seller’s disclaimers by submitting a bid.
